it's a crime to enter The USA ILLEGALLY hence to bring children into The USA ILLEGALLY is also a crime and should be charged as sex trafficking &/or child abuse and hold the "adults" as child moslter
ReplyAbsolutely because it is a crime to cross the border with or without children illegally!!! Besides it is child abuse to take children into a situation you have no control of.
ReplyThe question should read illegally cross with children. Crossing the border anywhere but an official point of entry is illegal. Endangering children should put them into child's protective services
Replyit is already illegal if they are entering the US without proper documentation! That is why they are call illegal aliens,
