Furthermore I want to be able to use cash. Can we just shop already, it's not that difficult.

I don't want to buy into a business when it may not be around long. If we open them up with distancing it shouldn't be a problem and they will get shoppers.

If folks want to participate in such programs, they already can. I won't be one of them. You never know when a business may reopen - if at all. I'm not going to risk my $ investing that way.
