Definitely! I care about the humane treatment of animals that provide our food. I always choose eggs from free-range chickens, even if more expensive. Cage-free is not the same as free-range.
ReplyLet's practice a little humanity is how we race the animals that we nourish ourselves with. We can do this without excessive cruelty.
ReplyFree range eggs are darker and richer with more flavor. I.m.o.
